Why not order the floor plan, options, carpet, window treatment, and everything else you want?!?

There are just a couple of things to consider:

1.  Freight charges are based on mileage from the factory. The factory is located on the West Coast if you live on the East Coast the charges may be more than you're willing to pay.  Although there is a per mile charge, it includes the required pilot cars, road permits, insurance, and fuel.

2.  Park Models are RVs. You need to check with your local County to verify the zoning requirements.
